A few useful details

Clarity before
commitment.

The work starts with an agreed scope and a shared understanding of what you need.

Can I start with just a gap analysis?

Yes. The introductory review is two hours for £150 total, with no VAT charged. It covers an agreed selection of documents and working arrangements, followed by a brief written summary of the gaps identified and next steps. It is a focused starting point, rather than a comprehensive audit of every requirement. Further implementation or training support is agreed separately.

Can you help management and staff?

Yes. Support can cover leadership and policy alignment through to procedures, work instructions and training for the people using them.

Does this include ISO certification?

This is consultancy and training support. Certification is a separate assessment by a certification body; consultancy does not guarantee certification.

What about safety and environmental standards?

The initial offer focuses on ISO 9001:2026 quality management. ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are planned future areas of support and are not currently bookable services.

Which areas do you cover?

Support is available for businesses across County Durham, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Sunderland and South Tyneside. On-site visits are agreed by location, with travel arrangements confirmed before booking. For work elsewhere in North East England, please enquire so we can agree the travel arrangements.

How are fees agreed?

The introductory two-hour gap review is £150 total. The business is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. A Purchase Order (PO) number is required to book; payment is by invoice. Further consultancy and training are scoped and priced separately before work starts. Online booking is being connected.
